They must have forgotten the Boston Tea Party. So, under this bill – you could face $5,000 for a first offense and up to $25,000 for multiple violations. The provisions allow police to seize untaxed vaping products as well as a “motor vehicle, boat or airplane……….. another example of lawmakers demanding everything up front – and settling for “less”, but even I can’t believe my eyes.
Because freedom isn’t free.
